Kick Start Your Practice

Sign up for World Yoga Practice Month - a group of folks with a shared goal of practicing yoga every day in January. Click on the badge to the right for more info & to sign up.

December Schedule

Tim will have class on Friday, 12-7 from 6 - 7:30, then beginning 12-12 will switch to Wednesday mornings, same time. People don't need to finish by 7:30; that's just when he needs to go.

Some people occasionally use the space for practice on days where there is no teacher, but if you are interested and don't have a key this would need to be confirmed with them in advance.

Monday Teaching Cancelled

We are without a teacher on Monday mornings, so for the time being there will be no class on Mondays.

Drop-in self practice may still be available. Please email if you are interested.

New Location

Beginning September 3, we're starting at a new location - above the Food Coop on Fourth Avenue. The actual address is: 218 North Fourth Avenue Suites 203, 204. Click here for map.

On Labor Day, we'll sleep in and have class at 8 rather than 6 a.m. Then, we will continue with the regular schedule of Mondays and Fridays, 6 - 8 a.m.
